A Science Educator in San DIego for over 20 years in both informal and formal settings, Shelley Glenn Lee is loving her current role as an elementary science teacher with the High Tech High (HTH) organization. Having a background in Biology, Shelley works to connect students with the local scientific community and the amazing natural diversity of San Diego through Project Based Learning and Citizen Science. This is her fifth year with HTH. She is currently a Teacher Leader for the California NGSS Early Implementers Initiative with K-12 Alliance, and she is Co-Founder of the San Diego Citizen Science Network.
