Many students enjoying creating and building with various materials. However, getting students in the primary grades to create a plan and/or write about what they are building can be challenging. This workshop will explore methods of engaging students in the Engineering Design Process through the use of LEGOs.

Giulia is in her fourth year of teaching. She tries to incorporate common low to no-cost materials into her lessons. She encourages students to have a growth mindset especially when it comes to engineering.
